I’ve been following her advice as I’m 51 and things just weren’t shifting even though I was smashing through Crossfit 4-5 times a week. Michelle is great for specific over 40’s training, great trainer who tells you how it is and exactly what you need to do without fluffing it up. Love her direct approach.
