Certified Personal Trainer, Menopause Specialist,
and Nutrition Coach.
I’m a proud mum of two: a university-aged son, and a younger son who’s quirky and on the spectrum—proving that every challenge can bring its own lessons. Originally from Canada, having lived in Switzerland, France, and Singapore over the last 25+ years, I bring a rich, global perspective to my coaching.
Michelle’s Journey
My journey has shaped my coaching philosophy. After experiencing burnout and battling an autoimmune disease, I learned the value of strategic, sustainable programming, sleep, good recovery, and stress-reducing strategies.
My transformation wasn’t just about the gym and tracking macros; it was about becoming aware of limiting beliefs and recognizing habits that no longer served me. Small changes over time led to a stronger, more balanced me.
Do I get it right all the time? No, and that’s OK—life is about experimentation and growth. "Go hard or go home" doesn’t lead to lasting results. I believe in working smarter, not harder—your body will thank you in the long run.
