Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours incurs a full charge. First-time cancellations receive a reminder; subsequent cancellations will be charged. I understand life happens, so these are discretionary.

If we feel coaching isn’t the right fit after completing four sessions, I offer a refund for the remaining sessions. We aim to ensure the program aligns with your goals and expectations.
